We formed our construction and maintenance team about ten years ago largely to self-perform our own tenant interior fit-outs in order to be able to more effective and efficiently complete tenant improvements at below-market pricing and to better control delivery timing that is typically weeks ahead of the market.

This has since grown into complete property maintenance work including building repairs, grounds maintenance, landscaping, underground irrigation, snow plowing and salting, and other similar services.

Our team has the ability to self-perform concrete flat-work, block, wood and steel stud framing, drywall, suspended ceilings, cabinetry and counters, trim and other millwork, custom built-ins and receptions stations, windows and doors, sliding and soffit, painting, flooring, tile, and much more.
